Chad Norris receives top sales award

Chad Norris, truck account manager based in Valley, Ala., was named the Top Gun Sales Award winner during our employee celebration on Dec. 9th.

The Top Gun Sales Award is awarded to the salesperson who is exemplary in several areas. They are awarded points for each sale, profit percentage, financing, and if they are a conquest customer. All of the points are tallied up at the end of each quarter and the highest total is the winner. It resets each quarter and four winners are announced. Then, there is an overall winner for the year, which is the full tally for all year long.  

Chad set a record for both revenue and profit this year for a salesperson.  He has done an excellent job growing his market and developing relationships.  Moreover, his team in Valley says he is a team player and goes out of his way to help wherever he can.
