Four Star employees honored during Year End Celebration
Several Four Star Freightliner employees were recognized during the company annual Year End Employee Celebration on Dec. 10. It was held at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.
Tifton, Ga. had the most net profit growth year over year to win the Location of the Year award. To win this award, every department has to be hitting on all cylinders. The whole Tifton team, led by Bert Owens and Jason Guess, has some of the most dedicated individuals who all work together to achieve their goals.
The Parts Department at our Valley, Ala. location took top honors during our annual employee celebration for the second year in a row!
Led by Janice Hussey, Valley had the most front counter parts growth this year. This department opened right at the start of the pandemic, so they concentrated on building their team and developing relationships with their customers.
We are all amazed at how fast Valley was able to hang with the other older and more established Four Star parts departments.
Billy Spivey is our "Top Gun" Sales Rep of the Year! He works as our Government, Utility and Refuse (GUR) Account Manager by visiting customers, advising them on truck specs, providing quotes and making sure their parts and service needs are met.
This award is given quarterly to a member of the sales team and Billy won each quarter during 2022! His 2022 sales are a result of years of hard work and determination. He has been on the GUR team for 5 years and covers the entire Four Star footprint.
We are proud to announce Matthew Bishop, from our Midway, Fla. location, as Four Star's Top Technician for 2002.
Becoming the top tech at Four Star Freightliner is no small feat. All of our techs rank among some of the top producers in the network. This award is not accomplished in the hours of 8-5. Matthew always had to go above and beyond.
He is a hard worker who is very humble, and always willing to help. The work ethic needed to not only win Top Tech, but also set a new record in the process, is phenomenal.
