Suzy Herring Named Four Star Freightliner's Employee Of The Year

Four Star Freightliner, Inc. announced its Employee of the Year on Dec. 9 during the company’s annual Year End Employee Celebration at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

Suzy Herring works as the Executive Assistant to the Dealer Principal and Human Resources Representative for Four Star Freightliner. She has only been with the company for a year and a half, but has made an immediate impact on the more than 170 employees at the six different Four Star locations.

“I am so proud of what Suzy has brought to Four Star,” said Jerry Kocan, Dealer Principal. “Her leadership, consistency, intelligence and heart separate her from most people especially in the Human Resource arena.  Our team members know that Suzy will help them with any of their benefits, investments and human resource questions. We are a better company because of Suzy’s contributions.”

She describes her time with Four Star so far as an “amazing” experience.

“It has been great working with each of my fellow teammates and for a company that truly believes in each one’s success,” she said. “Being able to serve each one every day is a blessing and joy for me, so therefore I am humbled.”

Suzy was voted Employee of the Month in February 2017 with her peers submitting anonymous nominations including, “Suzy is not only very good about helping employees with whatever needs they have, but is quick to do so and always follows through. She goes far beyond the extra step to assist anyone in need. A true team player and top notch addition to the Four Star family.”
