Valdosta, Tifton Locations Receive Elite Support Re-Certifications

Four Star Freightliner located at 3346 Highway 41 South in Tifton, Ga. and 1527 Madison Highway in Valdosta, Ga. have received Elite Support Re-Certification. This is the third certification process that the Valdosta location has passed since it was originally certified in 2014. It is the second for Tifton, which was originally certified in 2015.

These locations are part of a network of Freightliner dealers across the United States and Canada who are committed to providing outstanding customer service, rapid diagnosis, consistent communication, parts availability and quality repairs.

“Bert Owens and Jason Guess provided outstanding leadership and effort to help Tifton receive this recognition and achievement.  Sherri Holloway and Will Parkerson also put in extra effort as well as every employee at the Tifton facility”, said Brad Prior, Four Star Freightliner Corporate Continuous Improvement Coordinator.

Prior continued, “Stephanie Brown, Michael Bush, Mark Dixon and Bobby Page did an excellent job in leading our Valdosta team in this effort.  Stephanie is the CIC (Continuous Improvement Coordinator) for our Valdosta facility and her leadership efforts were truly recognizable.”

The ultimate goal of the Elite Support network is to maximize vehicle uptime. Continuous improvement projects ensure customers experience a higher standard with every visit. All six locations of Four Star Freightliner locations are Elite Support Certified including: Montgomery, Ala., Dothan, Ala. and Tallahassee, Fla., Albany, Ga.
